Two Home Specialists, working together.
Every Mavoo service is planned for two trained Home Specialists working as a team. They divide the home thoughtfully, follow the same service plan and complete a final quality check before leaving.
You receive a single price for your service. The two-person team is part of how Mavoo delivers the work — it is not an additional charge added at the appointment.

We aim to provide Home Specialists who are familiar with your home. For every home we care for, we keep a clear home plan — a practical record of the agreed service, access details, preferences and anything to handle differently. When someone else needs to attend, that plan helps them understand your service before they arrive, so you don't have to start from the beginning.

Simple, and confirmed before we begin.
- Tell us about your home. A few considered questions so we understand your home — you tell us once.
- We review it personally. A real person reads every enquiry and plans your service around your home.
- We propose your scope, price and availability. You see the proposed price and a time that works before anything is locked in.
- You accept, then we request a 20% deposit. Calculated from your accepted price. Your appointment is confirmed once the deposit is paid; the remaining 80% is due after your clean.
Mavoo provides home cleaning appointments Monday to Friday. We do not offer Saturday or Sunday appointments. Telling us about your home is a request for review, not a confirmed booking.
